Rain is incoming from the south and its setting up to be a wet event. Right now rain is advancing from the south and will begin to invade overnight Sunday and will really begin to fall staring Monday. The National Weather Service in their discussions say that 2 inches could accumulate by Tuesday as the state is expected to come and stall near the North Carolina coast by Monday. The chance of flood watches is expected going into Monday afternoon and into the nighttime hours with the heaviest rain expected to fall at those points. Severe weather is not expected. Temps overnight Sunday to be hovering around 50 in most areas and highs on Monday in the mid 70′s.Weather never stops, neither do we.
